President’s Message

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all our stakeholders for your continued exceptional support. As of April 1, 2026, I, Kirito Ninomiya, have assumed the office of President and Representative Director, COO.
We are currently at a major turning point in the business environment, driven by the rapid evolution and widespread adoption of IT technologies, most notably Generative AI. In such a volatile era, for the CREO Group to achieve sustainable growth, it is essential that we break away from a defensive “business as usual” mindset and pivot to an aggressive, proactive stance that embraces bold challenges.
The cornerstone of the transformation I intend to lead is a fundamental restructuring of our business operations to drive performance. In particular, we will accelerate the growth of our Solution Services Business—the engine of our future expansion—by swiftly formulating and executing strategies and strengthening our sales capabilities. Our goal is to double the pace of customer acquisition and business growth. Furthermore, looking beyond our independent growth, we will deepen “co-creation” with our diverse stakeholders and partner companies. Together, we will focus on creating new services that capture market needs and expanding our overall revenue.
Internally, our urgent priorities are to maximize synergies by integrating our group companies, nurturing the next generation of talent, and leveraging AI technology. By vigorously promoting these initiatives, we will rebuild a robust organizational foundation capable of adapting flexibly to change.
With our sights set on becoming a “100-year company,” CREO will continue to pursue a “Customer Value-Creation Business Model” that provides true value to our clients’ businesses, contributing to the realization of a prosperous future society.
